The Harris skeleton with a black wig and the one of Biden also had signs around their necks with the date: Nov. 4, 2020 — the day after election day.
A video of a white woman calling the cops on a black man because he asked her to leash her dog in Central Park Monday is drawing outrage on social media.
The footage, posted on Twitter by the man’s sister, begins with the masked dog walker marching toward the man and demanding that he stop filming.
“Please don’t come close to me,” the man, who doesn’t appear on camera, is heard responding several times.
She continues to ask him to stop filming — and then threatens to call 911.
When the man invites her to “please call the cops,” she says: “I’m going to tell them there’s an African American man threatening my life.”
“Please tell them whatever you like,” he responds.
The dog walker then pulls down her mask as she gets on the phone and says: “I’m in the Ramble and an African American man with a bicycle helmet, he is recording me and threatening my dog.”
She pauses before repeating that “there is an African American man. He is recording me and threatening my dog.”
After another pause, the woman appears suddenly shaken up as she cries: “I’m sorry, I can’t hear!”
“I’m being threatened by a man in the Ramble, please send the cops immediately.”
Throughout the clip, the woman is seen grabbing her struggling dog by a neck harness and holding a leash, which she eventually attaches to the harness.
At that point, the man says “thank you” and stops filming.
An NYPD spokeswoman said cops were called to the Ramble, a 36-acre woodland retreat between 73rd and 78th Streets, around 8:10 a.m. for a report of an assault.
“Upon arrival, police determined two individuals had engaged in a verbal dispute,” Sgt. Mary Frances O’Donnell said, adding that no arrests or summonses were issued and that “both parties went on their way.”

"It was on my public Instagram profile, telling me to cook my dog and eat it for Chow Mein," said Chan.
He says that offensive comment came from someone he never even met. Chan wrote his own post about it.
"He found out that I exposed him for being a racist on my profile," said Chan.
He claims retaliation followed.
"This guy photoshopped my handle name onto a fake image, and it has me spewing out these racist tirades, you know, black lives don't matter," Chan explained.
Chan says he never wrote those words, but the message was shared on a neighborhood Facebook page, causing others online to accuse him of going on an anti-black tirade.
"They're taking what he's saying, and mass spreading it on their own platforms. So now I'm getting death threats at the restaurant. People are calling and saying I'm a racist," said Chan.
Chan says he does not know why someone would target him in this way.
"He somehow found my personal information, and is leaking my mother's address online," said Chan.
Chan says he's reported it to police with the hope that the online harassment will finally stop.

Racist yelled racial slurs as I entered the parking lot of Home Depot. I confronted him while in our vehicles and stated that was not okay. He repeated the slurs in front of the main entrance, staff, security. I called the Police against the advice of the Home Depot security. They goaded me to get out of the car. Police arrived and said it was first amendment rights. I asked what SPD protocol was. He said there was none. Bold face lie because the city's protocol is to take an incident report with every 911 call for racism. Body cam was on.
Based on security camera footage, at about 3:30 am on Saturday, March 28th, a suspect wearing a hood and gloves used black spray paint to write a message on the outside east wall of the restaurant containing a racial slur and referencing COVID-19. The suspect then broke the glass in four windows and a door with an unknown object.
