I was taking a walk near my home alone, and a white adult male walking towards me spat on the sidewalk as he saw me. Because he was not wearing a mask and he seemed agitated, I dodged his path on the sidewalk to the bike lane to social distance. As he saw me move to the bike lane, he yelled at me, "Why don't you cook me some noodles, BITCH!" I did not respond and kept walking. He spat again as I walked past him, but I was far enough away that the spit did not reach me. I am a 100% East Asian female, and even with a mask, my race is very obvious.
