I am reporting this incident on behalf of my mom. She was walking outside in her neighborhood. There was a man who was walking on the other side of the road. When my mom moved over to the right side of the road, the man followed her and continued to follow her as she was switching sides. There was a car who drove by and witnessed what was happening. The driver blocked the man from approaching my mom with the car. She then ran down the hill. The man began to run down the hill after her. Another car drove by and asked if she was okay. She explained that the man was following her. The drive from second car stayed behind and watched over my mom until she was able to enter her place of residence safely.
