A man who was withdrawing money from an ATM started aggressively yelling slurs / threatening my friend after the two of us walked past. They didn't follow us but continued yelling until we rounded a corner onto another street. They were behaving very erratically, and we assumed they weren't in a stable state of mind so we didn't speak up or say anything.
