I was parking on the side of the street to pick my child up from the bus once he got off. The bus stop is next to the house my parents are renting. After I parked and opened my phone to look at the time I noticed that my parents neighbor was leaving. He than drove around the block and parked and came walking up to my car asking if I was there for him or something. My father later told me that he followed my sister while she was walking her dog. I felt the need to report this, but can not remember the exact day that it happened on. I believe it may have been Wednesday March 9, 2022.
