I was crossing the street when the pedestrian light was on. A car behind me made a left turn and cut me off, and driver cussed and used racist slurs. I told him I had the light and he cussed more as he drove away. I followed up and tried to take a photo of his license plate, and he cussed more and used racist slurs repeatedly when he stopped by the traffic light.

Please see attached for photos and video. The video was taken on 10/15/2022 at 3:56pm PT. I got a photo of the car’s license plate, but unfortunately it was half covered so some of the digits can be ambiguous.
